We are excited to announce the launch of a new partnership with BetterHelp, the world's largest online therapy platform. The groundbreaking initiative will expand access to mental health support for those in need and promote healthy online environments.
As part of the partnership, BetterHelp will serve as a Changemaker Sponsor of Cybersmile throughout 2026, supporting our work to address the mental health impacts of cyberbullying, online abuse, and digital harm. To help increase access to care, BetterHelp will also provide free therapy to support members of the Cybersmile community who may be affected by online harm.
Online harm can have lasting emotional consequences, and access to mental health support is a crucial part of recovery. This partnership with BetterHelp strengthens our ability to support individuals affected by online abuse and digital wellbeing-related problems with evidence-backed resources while continuing to advocate for safer digital spaces.

We will work closely to deliver co-branded awareness campaigns, educational content, and research-led storytelling aligned with key moments such as Mental Health Awareness Month, Stop Cyberbullying Day, and World Mental Health Day.
Natali Notzon, Director of Partnerships at BetterHelp, added, "At BetterHelp, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health support—especially those navigating or recovering from online abuse or digital harm. Through our partnership with Cybersmile, we're expanding access to flexible, convenient therapy that meets people where they are."
BetterHelp was founded in 2013 to remove the traditional barriers to therapy and make mental health care more accessible to everyone. Today, it's the world's largest online therapy platform providing professional, affordable, and tailored therapy in a convenient online format.
BetterHelp's network of over 30,000 licensed therapists has helped millions of people worldwide take ownership of their mental health and work towards their personal goals. The partnership reflects our shared commitment to improving mental wellbeing, fostering safer online communities, and ensuring access to meaningful support that is available when and where it is needed most.
