## Overview

Alongside Urban Decay, we forged a long-term global partnership based on a joint mission to educate and empower internet users to protect themselves and stand up for each other online. We promoted the values of kindness and empathy while actively addressing the issue of online abuse by creating a global network of informed allies for those targeted.

With a shared vision for a brighter, more inclusive online community, we worked to raise awareness of the impact that online abuse can have while empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively deal with it as a target or bystander.

Through the creation of a bespoke Changemaker Education Program, informative toolkits, and influencer-led campaigns, we strived to empower internet users to recognize the power of their actions and words while encouraging them to actively promote kindness, empathy, and respect.

## Shared Vision

As part of this alliance, a global network of allies was established to amplify a powerful collective voice against online abuse. By bringing together a wide range of people, the network served as a powerful force in creating positive change, offering support, resources, and a sense of solidarity for those affected by online abuse.

With Urban Decay, we committed to making a lasting impact, driving important conversations, challenging toxic cultures, and facilitating a global movement against online abuse. By educating and empowering individuals to become informed and considered allies, we worked toward a more compassionate, respectful, and inclusive online world for all.
