We are excited to announce the launch of Cybersmile Insights, our new research and trend analysis program that enables us and the public to better understand key social issues and provide early warning reports for new and emerging trends.
The new data-led program offers a dynamic perspective of our relationship with technology and social media through a number of methods, including regular international research studies, information from Cybersmile Assistant, social listening tools, public feedback, external data sources, and other useful channels.
To ensure quality of data, we employ independent research consultants. Additionally, our internal panel of leading international experts provides regular feedback on report themes and research findings.
Research and understanding are key to solving problems. We are thrilled to be launching Cybersmile Insights to better understand emerging problems and share our findings directly with stakeholders. Our hope is that this program will help raise awareness and find solutions to the problems affecting people so deeply.
