Hi, I’ve never really posted on here before but I need some help… A few months ago I started being bullied really badly because I’m not “thin enough” according to girls at my school. At first I didn’t let it affect me but now when I look in the mirror, all I see is fat. I stumbled over something called thinspiration which is basically really thin girls, tips and tricks for skipping meals and making yourself lose an unhealthy amount of weight. When following these tips to lose weight, you normally end up with illnesses like Anorexia or Bulimia but every time I try to think positively about myself and my weight, I remember these pictures of girls with thigh gaps and flat tummies and I’m suddenly feeling really sad again… Does anyone know of any ways to stop feeling down about yourself and to build up self-confidence? PLEASE HELP!
